Thank you for booking one of our Experiences, it means the world to us! You’ve booked through a 3rd party reseller, like Viator, Expedia, Get Your Guide, etc… so, what’s next?

Check out the simple steps below.

1. Getting Started

Browse all the Experiences, and choose one to start

Once installed,
open the Bounce App

Download the Bounce App from the App Store or Google Play

2. Add Your Code

To activate your Experience in the app, you will need to enter your unique code at the checkout screen.

Your Code is your “Booking ID” which you will receive with your email confirmation shortly after booking.

If you booked before 4/5/23, your code is the lead persons “last name”.

3. Start You Experience

You can start, pause and resume your experience whenever you like, so have fun exploring with carefree abandon!
